What am I actually paying for?
A reserved unit from batch three. You pay in full today and your kit ships by September 14 or earlier. Paying now is what funds the run, and it's why preorder pricing exists.
Why is there a wait?
ION is built in limited production runs, not held on a shelf, and the previous batch sold through. The next kits are the ones currently being made. If you'd rather not wait, get on the notify list above and buy from this batch when it lands, at regular price and only if slots remain.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time before your kit ships and we refund you in full, no questions. Once it ships, the standard 14-day return window applies.
What if the batch runs late?
We email you with the updated date. If a delay doesn't work for you, cancel for a full refund. You are never stuck waiting on a kit you no longer want.

Every unit is built to order in small batches. Your kit comes from batch three and ships by September 14 or earlier. If the batch ever runs a few days long, we email you the updated date.
Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund. Once your kit arrives, you have 14 days to send it back for a full refund if it isn't right. 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Common Questions
Will it survive rocks and road debris?
Yes. That's the whole point of ION. The LEDs are sealed inside an IP68, impact-resistant ring instead of taped to the surface like a strip.
Is it hard to install?
It mounts with the included locking hardware. Drilling is required for the mounts, and the included install guide walks you through it step by step. Once it's on, it's on for good; no tape or adhesive to fail.
What if it doesn't fit my truck?
with your year, make, and wheel size before ordering and we'll confirm. If it doesn't work out, you're covered by 14-day returns.
How do warranty claims work?
Contact us through the contact page or your order confirmation email. The 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

The wheel is the most hostile place on a truck to mount anything: rocks, salt, pressure washers, curb strikes. That's why every wheel light until now was a strip taped to the barrel. It's the only thing cheap enough to replace when it fails. ION goes the other way. The LEDs live sealed inside a rigid IP68 ring, built like a rock light, so the thing that used to be consumable becomes permanent.
