We offer offroad use only truck lighting. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Please note that Solstice Lighting is NOT responsible for any tickets, fines, or incarceration that might occur from using our lights on road as they're intended for OFFROAD use only.

By becoming a sponsor or brand affiliate for Solstice Lighting Limited, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Sponsorship Relationship

Participation in the Solstice Lighting Limited Sponsorship Program does not constitute an employee-employer relationship. Sponsors are considered independent brand ambassadors and are not authorized to act on behalf of the Company beyond the scope of the agreement.

Discounts and Promotional Benefits

As a Sponsor, you may receive exclusive discounts, promotional codes, early product access, and/or other perks as determined by the Company.

  • Subject to Change: All discounts, benefits, and sponsorship terms are provided at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to change or termination at any time, without prior notice.
  • Continued participation does not guarantee future discounts or advantages.

Code Usage and Representation

Sponsors are expected to promote the brand in a professional and honest manner. Any misuse of discount codes, misleading claims, or behavior that may harm the reputation of the Company may result in immediate termination of sponsorship and forfeiture of any pending benefits.

Content and Brand Image

By joining the Sponsorship Program, you grant the Company the right to use any promotional content you create (photos, videos, etc.) that features our products, in any format, for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

 

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sponsorship Program at any time. Individual sponsorships may be terminated at the Company’s discretion, with or without cause. 

 

 

No Guarantees

 

The Company does not guarantee any financial compensation, product supply, or long-term partnership as part of this program.
