Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging as well as any magnets, extension wires or other accessories you might have purchased with your lights. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note Solstice Lighting is NOT responsible for return shipping cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@solsticelighting.co, and you will have to handle the shipping label's cost.

Cancellations

You're eligible for a cancelation on your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to proceed with a cancellation. Keep in mind there is a 10% cancellation fee, this is standard business practice to cover any lost funds due to production costs, payment processing fees, etc.

Warranty

All of our lights are subject to a 1-year warranty. This ensures any factory defects have time to present themselves and you aren't stuck with faulty lights.

What voids warranty?

Any modifications to Solstice Lighting products will immediately void the warranty. Prohibited modifications include (but are not limited to): drilling, cutting, bending, or reshaping wheel light rings or brackets; removing waterproof connectors from rock lights, wheel lights, or strobe box wiring.

Improper installation will also void the warranty. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all wiring is routed securely and safely, away from moving or high-heat vehicle components. Solstice Lighting is not liable for damage caused by poor installation practices, including (but not limited to) burned wiring from engine or exhaust heat, or torn wiring due to moving parts vehicle parts.

What products apply?

Any and all of our lights apply to this return policy per the follow guidelines. Decals are final sale and will not be accepted for refunds. If you purchase from our DIY selection ordering less than 4 lights will not be eligible for a refund OR cancelation.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
